Hey, the house looks great. What more could you ask for? You have four walls, a roof, doors and windows. You have a refrigerator, stove, washer dryer, some chairs and a bed. What more do you need?
Also, what are they building right next door? Seems a bit close to your place. How many steps do you need to take to get to the water?
